AI-assisted processing

Nexterra may use technology to organize information and identify possible matches based on role-related criteria. AI does not make final hiring decisions. Recruiters review potential matches, and employers make their own selection decisions.

Sharing with employers

Your profile may be shared with a prospective employer when there is a relevant opportunity and in line with the consent and communication provided during the recruitment process. Sensitive information should not be shared unless necessary and specifically requested for a lawful purpose.

Retention, security, and withdrawal

Your information will be protected using appropriate safeguards and retained only for legitimate recruitment, legal, and operational needs. You may withdraw consent for future processing or request access, correction, restriction, or deletion, subject to applicable law.
